Driven by her experience living and working in the U.S. and abroad, she takes a global view of her work but acts locally to impact communities where her companies have a presence and can be a force for change. Gulden has built and led diverse, high-performing marketing, communications and public affairs teams at global Fortune 100 companies, including Pfizer, Abbott, AbbVie and Walgreens.
Gulden serves on the board of the New York-based Turkish Philanthropy Funds, the Advisory Board of the University of Southern California’s Center for Public Relations, on the DE&I Advisory Group for Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management and on the board of SUPSAN, a privately held car parts company with operations throughout Europe.
Gulden holds an MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a Master of Science degree in Public Relations from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communication at Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Sciences from the University of Marmara in Istanbul, Turkey.
Özden has spent two decades leading product positioning and media planning and buying for top global brands including Türk Telekom, TTNet, L’Oreal, Danone, Sony Ericsson, SCJ, Mastercard, Ülker International as well as market growth consultancy for Murad, Sally Hansen and Burt’s Bee. Ozden has won numerous awards for her campaigns, including the prestigious Mediacat Felis award.
Ozden is the managing director of MMSS USA L.L.C, the holding company of 6 and More Communications and Brand Management. She leads all client strategy and planning for market growth and positioning in the US and Turkey.
Ozden holds a B.A. degree in Archeology and Art History from Bilkent University in Istanbul, Turkey as well as a certificate in Business Administration and Management from Harvard University.
